At TAG Grading, we stand behind the premium quality of our apparel and accessories. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original boxing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment and notify you once it arrives at our grading facility.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects the items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
